1. Will Heroica Coffee pods work in my coffee machine?
Heroica Coffee pods are compatible with Nespresso® machines, including Citiz, Creatista, Essenza, Essenza Mini, Expert&Milk, Inissia, KitchenAid, Lattissima, Lattissima Touch, Lattissima Pro, Maestria, Pixie, and U Milk. They are also compatible with several third-party Nespresso®-compatible machines, such as Cino machines, Skycap, Kogan Premium EZ-press, and Kmart HomeMaker.

2. Can Heroica Coffee pods be used with other capsule systems and machines?
Unfortunately, our capsules are only compatible with Original Line Nespresso® machines. Heroica Coffee pods are not compatible with Nespresso® Vertuo, Nespresso® Professional, Lavazza, Espressotoria, Expressi, or Dolce Gusto machines.

3. How long does it take to brew an espresso with Heroica Coffee pods?
Our pods are designed to extract between 18-25 seconds for optimal flavor, crema, and aroma. Ensure your Nespresso® machine is properly programmed to extract the correct volume for the best result.

4. How long can I store Heroica Coffee pods?
Heroica Coffee pods have a shelf life of 12 months when stored in their resealable bags. Once opened, we recommend using them within 4-5 days, making sure the bag is sealed tightly after each use.

5. Are Heroica Coffee pods biodegradable?
Yes! Our pods are made from 100% biodegradable food-safe materials and will break down in about 90 days. You can compost them in your garden, dig them into the soil, or dispose of them responsibly.

6. Will using Heroica Coffee pods void my Nespresso® machine's warranty?
No, using Heroica Coffee pods will not affect your Nespresso® machine warranty. For concerns, refer to the warranty information provided with your machine.

7. Do I need to maintain my coffee machine?
Yes! For optimal performance, we recommend running water through your machine before and after each use, cleaning the capsule drawer and drip tray regularly, and descaling your machine at least once a month.

8. What should I do if my Heroica Coffee pods don’t work in my machine?
If our pods don’t work in your Nespresso® machine, we offer a full refund or exchange. Just reach out to us, and we’ll take care of it.

9. What should I do if my order is missing or incorrect?
If your order is missing or you’ve received the wrong product, please contact us immediately. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

10. What if I’m not satisfied with the quality of my coffee?
If you’re not happy with the quality of your Heroica Coffee, reach out to us with your order number, and we’ll work to resolve your concerns.
